REGISTRATION

To complete registration - camp participants/Parents and Legal Guardians must complete the registration form and submit payment. If payment is submitted without a form or vice versa your registration is considered in complete and you will not be registered.

Fees can be submitted via e-transfer to streetdancecanada@gmail.com 

Registration can also be done in person at Jade's Hip Hop Academy, 12 Bram Crt Units 4 & 5, Brampton ON L6W 3V1 Monday to friday 5:30-9:30pm and Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm. Please print out and fill out the form at home prior to coming. 

Early Bird: Classes $35 each and a package (5 classes) $150 if you register before March 1st. 2020

After that regular price of $39 per class and $170 for package (5 classes)
